918 S San Gabriel Blvd is a 5500 SQFT custom design single-family home project in Pasadena, CA. Currently, the project is under construction and expects to launch on the market in May 2020.
1581 W ADAMS BLVD
1581 W Adams Blvd is a student housing apartment project near the University of Southern California. The project is fully entitled to build up to 28 bedrooms student apartments. The construction will begin in January 2020 and expect to be occupied by May 2021.

501 Route 66 is a nine units mixed-use project in Glendora. We partnered with local developer Buildingworx Development Inc. to expedite the entitlement process. The construction will begin in June 2020 and expect to finish in September 2021.
